Observing Parameters AOT SWS02

The user has to give the following input:

Parameters of the source:
a) identification
b) coordinates ( tex2html_wrap_inline3066 , tex2html_wrap_inline3068 ), accurate to 1''
c) epoch and reference for these coordinates
d) heliocentric radial velocity in km s tex2html_wrap_inline2446 . The convention tex2html_wrap_inline3118 is followed
e) number of wavelength ranges (between 1 and 64)

Parameters for each of the up to 64 spectral lines:
f) central wavelength of line in tex2html_wrap_inline2404 m ( tex2html_wrap_inline3122 m)
g) expected source flux density in Jy of line plus continuum at line wavelength
h) required signal-to-noise ratio SNR
