ISOPHOT AOTs PHT05 and PHT25

The commissioning of the absolute photometry AOTs PHT05 and PHT25 has been
completed. Based on the recommendations of the ISOPHOT instrument team the
project scientist has released these AOTs in their present form as of
20/12/96. Here we present the latest description and additional information
concerning the usage of these AOTs.
