The number of cycles tex2html_wrap_inline127

In case of C05 there is a asynchronism of cycles with raster steps: the instrument is continuously reading the detector but has no information on what the satellite is doing. This can be potentially damaging while the satellite is slewing from one to the next raster position. Indeed, experience has shown that a few read outs can get ``lost'' for polarizer 1.

As consequence it is essential to request more than one cycle to ensure, that one full cycle is obtained. Analysis of C05 calibration observations have proven that it is helpful to have more than one photometric flux value for each of the three polarizers.

Due to the substantial increase of the tex2html_wrap_inline111 value and therefore much longer observing times we recommend the value of tex2html_wrap_inline127 = 2.
