During last several years the 21 cm neutral hydrogen radio line observations with the RATAN-600 radiotelescope in Zelenchukskaja,North Caucasus, were devoted to the detailed studies of four very extended regions outside the Galactic plane. These regions are situated in Orion,Scorpius - Ophiuchus and in the Magellanic Stream. The independent points in right ascension were obtained every 3 seconds of time, the intervals in declinations were as a rule one degree,in the M.Stream sometimes more. The reductions were made and the contour maps are partially prepared together with the IRAS data for all four wawelengths. The interpretations in several places of these regions were already made, but many important topics remaind unpublished .Several preliminary new conclusions in all four regions will be told in the communication.
