ISO Helpdesk

A help desk exists to answer all questions regarding ISO. Questions should be submitted by electronic mail to the following address (internet):

helpdesk@iso.vilspa.esa.es

This account is checked regularly, logged and an automatic acknowledgment of each mail is made to confirm receipt. If you do not receive this acknowledgment within 24 hours, please re-send. All questions should be phrased as concisely as possible and should contain the OBSID and PROPID, as relevant.

Note that questions from US proposers and requests to use IPAC facilities can also be sent to ``iso@ipac.caltech.edu''.
