What every observer should read
To be able to start using the data the observer should first read Chapter 9, which gives indications how to read the data, and where to find the different parameters. The second important chapter is Chapter 10, which gives some suggestions on post-processing. In order to correctly use the LWS data, the observer should finally be aware of the caveats in the data processing. Therefore also Chapter 7 should be read by every observer.
If you want more information on the processing
For those who want to have more information about the data processing we suggest to read, in addition to Chapters 7, 9 and 10 the Chapters 4, 6 and 8. These give important information on the instrument characteristics, the processing and the output files.
If you want more information on the calibration
For those who want more information on the calibration of the instrument and the expected accuracy of the calibration, we suggest to read Chapters 4 and 5 in addition to the Chapters 7, 9 and 10 mentioned above.
If you want more information on the instrument operations
To get more information on the instrument operations, we suggest to read Chapters 3 and 4 in addition to Chapters 7, 9 and 10 mentioned above.
