Maps of S106 have been obtained with ISO of the PAH band at 8.6 microns through the CVF. With the ground-based C10mu camera on CFHT this band plus the 11.3 micron band and the continuum have been observed with smaller pixel size (0.3 arcsec). High resolution ( ) spectro-imaging with BEAR (imaging FTS) at CFHT has been obtained in Brgamma and in H2 (1-0 S(1)) of the main emitting region of S106. By comparing closely all these data the interaction of PAH and H2 can be studied, which show at large scale the same distribution. BEAR maps show a very turbulent distribution of the gas which does not coincide stricly with the PAH emission. A 3D distribution of gas and dust in the S106 outflows can start to be built.
