The ISOPHOT Interactive Analysis (PIA), the main calibration and scientific analysis tool for ISOPHOT data, has been continuously developed and improved during and after the ISO operational phase. The two major sources of the new features as well as improvements to the old ones are:
The extension of the analysis capabilities of PIA has therefore been accompanied by a more friendly graphical interface, by better documentation and by an enlarged related general service to the astronomical community.
In this paper we will discuss several of the PIA enhancements made in the last few months in various areas, which are good examples of this philosophy, such as the introduction of spectral mapping analysis and co-addition of different observations, mapping deconvolution, release of a TeX version of the PIA Users Manual, upgrade of the PIA Homepage, creation of a PIA Users Group.
